The core of the program focuses around teaching traditional Taekwondo using modern methods and techniques. Our primary goal is to provide a thorough understanding of the program as a whole. The critical components being technical proficiency, self-defense, physical conditioning and mental discipline.
Our team of instructors work with every student individually to ensure every students technical advancement.
Further, our instructors instill structure and discipline to our student. The proper learning and understanding of the teachings complement the development of self-confidence and leadership.
Moreover, we focus on developing the physical fitness of our students, targeting specific muscle groups to enhance performance and health. The main goals are to improve flexibility, body balance & coordination, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. These components work in correlation with our Taekwondo curriculum.

You have access to 6 classes per week. You can make your own schedule with a minimum attendance of twice a week.
The average number of students per class is 15 students
We will provide our students with everything they need to participate in the class.
Our classes are structured in a way that beginners will have guidance through the introduction phase of the curriculum.
12 PM - 9 PM , Monday - Friday
10 AM - 2 PM , Saturday
