Adult Training Program
What is the Adult Class?
The core of the program focuses around teaching traditional Taekwondo using modern methods and techniques. Our primary goal is to provide a thorough understanding of the program as a whole. The critical components being technical proficiency, self-defense, physical conditioning and mental discipline.
Our team of instructors work with every student individually to ensure every students technical advancement. Further, our instructors instill structure and discipline to our student. The proper learning and understanding of the teachings complement the development of self-confidence and leadership.
Moreover, we focus on developing the physical fitness of our students, targeting specific muscle groups to enhance performance and health. The main goals are to improve flexibility, body balance & coordination, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. These components work in correlation with our Taekwondo curriculum.
How it works?
Our adult class is divided into different groups, separated by rank. Every group follows an independent curriculum developed to target specific components of the training based on their level of expertise. Our team of instructors facilitate the learning of proper techniques and mental discipline through these smaller groups.
